Nozzle’s Components


Nozzle body: It is the primary component that houses all other nozzle components.

Swirl plate: A metal disc with two tangential holes that causes the liquid it is in to swirl or rotate.

Nozzle Disc: The element that divides the fluid into tiny droplets is the nozzle disc. It resembles a flat disc with a hole in the middle. The spray solution is under additional pressure when it enters the disc from the swirl plate; as a result, when it leaves the orifice, it separates into tiny droplets. The disc is specifically designed to give the existing air a flat fan, hollow cone, or solid cone discharge.

Strainer: A strainer is a tiny, circular plastic ring with nylon wire mesh inside of it that is used to remove any dust particles from chemical solutions.

Spacer: To ensure that the solution travels effectively, two numbers of runner/plastic rings have been placed between the nozzle plate and the swirl plate and between the swirl plate and the strainer.
